The participation to the program is supported through scholarships provided by the companies of the ELIS Consortium. Students contribute with a minimal part. 

Uninettuno University offers a 50% reduction on taxation for the  training period spent at the ELIS College. Other economic contributions may come from either public or private funds. (single "donors", foundations, etc.).

 AVEL​ - ELIS Friends and Volunteers Association has established a specific fund to grant  the less well-off students a loan of honor.

In 2011, Telecom Italia Foundation granted to the ELIS Association a € 500,000 contribution for the renovation of two floors of the students' residence in ELIS College in Rome. This contribution has increased the amount of the structure's accommodation that is now able to house a larger number of young people (mainly from Southern Italy) who are preparing to enter the labour market (Go to the file of the project).
